Minnesota United announced today the addition of three coaches ahead of its debut MLS season.
Assistant coaches Ian Fuller and Mark Watson, and goalkeeping coach Marius Røvde complete the club’s slate of coaching staff this season.
“Like most coaches, you like to be familiar with your coaching staff, if you are comfortable with them and know how they work on a daily basis that breeds success,” said Heath. “I look back at what Mark [Watson] and Ian [Fuller] and I did in Orlando and I am very proud of what we achieved. I am delighted we managed to get the three of us back together again.”
Heath previously spoke to our sister site The Mane Land about his time at Orlando City FC and the value of continuing to work alongside coaches he already knows and trusts.
The confirmation of the coaches was widely expected after all three traveled with the team to the 2017 MLS SuperDraft last Friday.
