#MNUFC's loan of goalie Alex Kapp to Pittsburgh of USL is through end of 2017 season, with Loons option to recall before conclusion in Oct.

Kapp was a trialist with the club for a while before signing just before the end of the transfer window. With Bobby Shuttleworth’s stranglehold on the starting GK position, and backup Patrick McLain waiting in the wings, it will be good for Kapp to get out and hopefully get some playing time with the USL side.
Kapp will be the second Loon loaned to Pittsburgh this season, with Joseph Greenspan enjoying a successful stint there earlier this season before being called back to the club. Hopefully Kapp will have the same success and we will see him back on the roster for the 2018 season. Starting knocking on all of the wood you can that we won’t need to see him before then.
