Report: Alexi Gomez offered to Brazilian club

Whenever a major tournament comes around, so comes some related transfer sagas. One of those is currently surrounding Flamengo’s Miguel Trauco, who represents Peru. He is expected to move to another club after the tournament, with many links leading to France.

There may already be a replacement in mind for Flamengo, according to a Peruvian report by Libero.

Libero reports that Minnesota United winger Alexi Gomez has already been offered as a replacement.

Gomez is currently on loan to Minnesota from parent club Universitario of Peru.

Minnesota midfielder Ibson made over 100 appearances for Flamengo.
