After the first team match Minnesota United’s Unified Team took on the Colorado Rapids Unified Team

August 14, 2019 - Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States - The Minnesota United Unified Team runs out to the field to take on the Colorado Rapids Unified Team in a match at Allianz Field.

Following Minnesota United’s 1-0 victory over the Colorado Rapids each club’s Unified Team took the pitch to face off against each other. In front of a large crowd and quite a few members of the Wonderwall the Loons would go up 1-0 with a first half goal. Colorado would tie it up at 1 in the second half were it would end after regulation. The match would be decided on penalties where Colorado came out the winners 3-2 in PK’s.
